Contractors: the First Line in Demanding Materials Health + Transparency Data

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The adoption of materials health and transparency has been driven by dedicated design teams, enlightened owners, a growing number of participating manufacturers, and APIs that align data across platforms. Construction firms have largely been left out of the conversation, yet may serve an important role in scaling the adoption and use of preferred materials. This session will address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by contractors and harvest ideas from participants on how to leverage contractors as part of the solution. Results from this session will be shared across platforms including the Sustainable Construction Leaders group to scale solutions nationally.

This session is approved for the following continuing education credits:
  • 1 LFA General credit
  • 1 AIA LU | HSW credit
