Chris Magwood is obsessed with making the best, most energy efficient, carbon sequestering, healthy, beautiful and inspiring buildings. Chris is currently the executive director of The Endeavour Centre, a not-for-profit sustainable building school in Peterborough, Ontario, where he is a lead instructor in the school's full-time programs and workshops. He is the author of seven books on sustainable building, including Essential Sustainable Home Design (2017) and Making Better Buildings (2014). Chris recently completed an MA at Trent University, studying the carbon storage potential of the built environment. Chris is an active speaker and workshop instructor in Canada and internationally.
